I went back to the one thing I gave up 8 years ago, coffee. Because I've been reading a lot of benefits from drinking a cup a day, I decided to try and make it part of my daily routine again. Here is an article I read about the Health Benefits of Coffee.
At first I wasn't really comfortable with the taste, but after 2 days it tasted ok. I used to drink more than 5 cups a day so I knew it wouldn't take long before I get used to the taste again.
How do you take your coffee? I take it black with 2 sugars :)
