Moose Gear Fans Day at Robinson's Galleria
Sunday, July 3, 2011
We were so lucky to have been invited to Moose Gear's Fans Day held at the Activity Center of Robinson's Galleria in Pasig today July 3rd, 2011 at 12 noon. As usual, I knew it would be so much fun because it was a family event, and we'd get to see other bloggers (especially PMC moms) and their kids. Also, aside from the invited bloggers, the first 50 early comers were also allowed to enter the area and were given raffle and food stubs.
It was Little Missy's first time to go to Galleria and the first thing she noticed was the decors that hung above.
The pre-event program started at around 12:45pm. We enjoyed this so much because it was so fun to watch kids join the games (though of course there would always be some parents who ummm don't follow instructions *winks). First game was their version of Pinoy Henyo (can't remember exactly how he called it, probably Henyo Kid but if not, I'll edit this as soon as I get the right name). The objective of the game is to guess the word on the your forehead by asking your partner yes or no questions. The boy on the last photo, Kuya Cedric, made me laugh so hard when he answered "Hinde, bakit?" (No, why?). I guess he needed more specific questions perhaps?
Then the Moose Gear Pick of the Month participants/winners were introduced. Pick of the Month is a contest on the Moose Gear Facebook Page. Parents can send in photos of their children wearing the newest collection of Moose Gear Apparels and have a chance to win any one of the 3 awards (Moose Gear's Choice award, Toddler Special Award and People's Choice Award).
Another game followed to entertain the crowd and this time, it was the famous Bring Me game. This first one was "Bring me someone who is wearing a pair of red shoes".
Bring me a person wearing a Moose Gear shirt who has a big tummy. Of course the Moose Gear official had to check if the requirement was met. Good thing Kuya EJ passed the test :)
There was another item requested but I didn't get a photo, but the last one was to "Bring Me a new 20-peso bill".
The last game was the longest "I love Moose Gear" contest and the girl who won, in blue, did it in 25 seconds.

After the games, it was time to see who had lady luck on their side. Some chairs were pre-selected with Moose Gear tags taped under it and those that sat on those chairs received special prizes.
There were a lot of prizes to be raffled off from the event sponsors namely Moose Gear (of course), Faces and Curves, and Club Erase.
Then it was time for the Moose Gear Mascot to show off (Yep, little Missy got scared, just like with any other mascot, and hid among the chairs on the side of the stage).
Then the real show began with dance numbers and performances from the Goin Bulilit Kids.
Unfortunately, little Missy used up all her energy dancing to the music during the pre-event and playing with other kids especially Kuya EJ, so by 3pm we had to take our leave. Right before she dozed off in the car (still in the mall's parking lot), she did say that she had such a fun day.
Again, thanks Moose Gear for the invite, and to all the sponsors.
